What We Collect

Student Recycling Labs
Hands-on stations cover sorting, clean-beauty packaging breakdown, hair recycling preparation, eco-friendly disposal, waste-to-resource demonstrations, and sustainability reporting.
Host Site Recycling Partnerships
Salons, suites, barbershops, beauty schools, community centers, and churches collect beauty waste weekly while students sort materials, prepare shipments, track impact, and support community education.

What We Collect
Beauty empties, clean cosmetic packaging, human hair, synthetic hair and extensions, wigs, foils, PPE, and salon recyclables—each sorted into the proper bin and prepared for processing.
Student Roles
Students practice intake and greeting, sorting and cleaning, packaging and labeling, sustainability education, community engagement, impact reporting, and host site support.
Event Flow
Setup with tables, bins, signage, QR codes, and sorting mats. Then collection, sorting stations, education moments, impact tracking, and host site recognition.
