Prepare for apprenticeship-style learning with confidence
Our apprenticeship pathway helps qualified participants understand expectations, build workplace readiness, and prepare for partner-based earn-as-you-learn or apprenticeship-style opportunities when available. Placement is not guaranteed and this program does not issue licenses.

Do I need to be licensed to join mentorship? No. Mentorship supports career readiness and planning. It does not grant or replace any professional license.
Do you guarantee apprenticeship placement? No. We help prepare and may connect qualified participants to partner, Workforce1, or earn-as-you-learn opportunities when available.
What will I receive? Participants may receive a pathway plan, mentorship notes, readiness feedback, and a participation/completion letter when applicable — not a license or certification.
