Complete the participant intake form with your contact information, referral source, workforce goals, preferred program pathway, emergency contact, and availability for cohort scheduling.
Required Documents Upload
Prepare a government-issued ID, proof of address, resume if available, emergency contact information, and any Workforce1 or CBO documentation required for your referral.
Cohort Schedule & Break Policy
Cohort 1: 10 AM–1 PM • Break: 1 PM–2 PM • Cohort 2: 2 PM–5 PM. Participants, apprentices, and instructors follow scheduled break periods and attendance expectations.
Pathways & Workforce Compliance
Select a training or apprenticeship pathway, complete orientation, meet attendance expectations, submit required documentation, and follow Clean • Green • Soulful™ Academy workforce standards.
