WAYS TO JOIN
Open your professional space to emerging talent
Participants are still training, so your role can be flexible: observation, mentorship, mock interviews, trial shifts, or hiring conversations when the fit is right.
Host shadowing
Let participants observe front desk flow, sanitation habits, client communication, service preparation, and workplace culture.
Mentor a participant
Offer feedback, career advice, portfolio suggestions, and workplace expectations from a real salon professional’s point of view.
Offer a trial or interview
Meet participants who may be ready for assistant roles, front desk support, shampoo support, retail support, or continued training.
Hire ready participants
When there is a strong fit, invite participants into paid work, apprenticeships, assistant roles, or continued workplace learning.
HOW IT WORKS
A simple way to support trainees while they learn
We prepare participants before they visit your salon or suite, then coordinate expectations so the experience feels clear, professional, and useful for everyone.
01
Tell us your space
Share your salon, suite, specialty, availability, and whether you can host shadowing, interviews, or hiring conversations.
02
We match thoughtfully
Participants are matched based on readiness, interest, location, schedule, professionalism, and what your environment can safely support.
03
Host or mentor
Participants may observe, ask questions, support approved tasks, practice workplace etiquette, and receive feedback.
04
Hire when ready
If the fit is right, invite participants into paid roles, assistant pathways, internships, or continued apprenticeship-style learning.
Participants are training — your guidance matters
Partners help participants learn by observing real routines, understanding professional boundaries, and receiving honest feedback. Shadowing does not imply licensure, independent service authorization, or guaranteed employment.
Grow the next generation
Your salon knowledge helps participants understand real expectations, build confidence, and see what professional beauty careers actually require.
Meet prepared talent earlier
Get to know participants before hiring decisions, offer feedback, and identify candidates who may fit your salon culture or assistant needs.
PARTNER FAQ
Questions before you invite participants in
Are participants licensed? Some may be students or trainees and may not be licensed. Hosting shadowing does not authorize independent services or replace professional licensing requirements.
Do I have to hire? No. You can host shadowing, mentor, interview, or simply provide feedback. Hiring is optional and based on fit, readiness, and your business needs.
Can suite renters participate? Yes. Salon suite renters, booth renters, salon owners, stylists, and beauty professionals can all support participants in appropriate ways.
What do partners provide? A safe professional environment, clear boundaries, observation opportunities, honest feedback, and communication with the academy team.
