Stylist Role

Provide beauty services, uphold sanitation standards, lead client consultations, participate in wig vending, track commissions, and follow Clean • Green • Soulful™ branding.

Daily workflow: review the client schedule, prepare the station, perform services, document client notes, track commissions, and submit the sanitation log.

WIG VENDING PROGRAM
Inventory management, consultation, fitting and customization, sales tracking, commission structure, and brand compliance.

COMMISSIONS & PAYOUTS
Base commission, add-on services, custom wig commissions, and a weekly payout schedule. Required: vending agreement, commission acknowledgment, and inventory sheet.

TRACKING
Instructors track roster, attendance, skills, progress, and sign-off. Stylists track services, commissions, inventory use, and client satisfaction notes.

What Programs Do You Offer

We offer beauty apprenticeships, instructor licensing, medical wig training, trichology foundations, youth workforce development, and beauty vending entrepreneurship.

How long are the programs

Program lengths vary from short intensives to full workforce pathways. Most range from 4 weeks to 6 months.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. We offer flexible payment plans for most programs.

Do you need a licence to participate in the apprentice program

No — you do NOT need a license to participate in our academy programs. If you’re unlicensed, we offer introductory classes to help you build foundational skills, and we provide placement into licensed cosmetology schools for students who want to continue into full licensure.

Is this academy licensed

Yes. Programs operate under Artistry Of Techniques Inc, a NYSDOL workforce provider with 12 approved trades.

Do you help with job placement

Yes. We support students with workforce placement, mentorship, and career pathway guidance.
