Organization Readiness
Organization overview, workforce trades, staff directory, instructor credentials, policies, safety guidance, incident protocol, worksite verification, and insurance materials where required.
Staff & Worksite
Youth safety, attendance, conduct, emergency, and media-release training help prepare staff. Worksites are checked for cleanliness, supervision, youth-friendly conditions, posted procedures, and daily sign-in/out.
Youth Onboarding
Application, parent or guardian consent, emergency contact, orientation, handbook, worksite assignment, instructor introduction, and training calendar create a supported start for each youth participant.
SYEP REQUIREMENTS
Age and worksite verification, timesheets, supervisor evaluations, weekly check-ins, applicable payroll records, incident reporting, and completion documentation.
CBO PARTNERSHIP FLOW
Initial outreach, needs assessment, program alignment, documentation exchange, youth referral, placement coordination, reporting, and follow-up.
YOUTH & PARTNER TRACKING
Track youth, age, guardian contact, track, instructor, attendance, progress, worksite, hours, and completion. Track partners, referrals, outcomes, and follow-up notes.
